Privacy Policy

Paws & Cheese (喵喵追鼠记) is a puzzle game for iPhone published by ThothForge and made with children in mind. The game does not collect personal information. It has no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no chat, and it never asks for a name, email address, photos, contacts or location. This policy explains what stays on the device and how the optional purchase and feedback email work.

Information stored on your device

Your progress (levels cleared, paw prints, play time), settings (music, sound, the item guide, language) and which item introductions have been shown are saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone. They are not sent to ThothForge or anyone else. Deleting the app removes them, and Start Over in Settings clears them.

No network use by the game

The game itself does not connect to ThothForge or to any third-party service. The only time it talks to the internet is through Apple's App Store when you look at, buy or restore the optional purchase.

Optional purchase

Chapters 3 to 21 can be unlocked with a one-time purchase made through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; ThothForge never sees your payment details or your Apple Account. The app asks the App Store on your device whether the purchase is owned and unlocks the chapters accordingly; this is not sent to ThothForge. Buying and restoring purchases are placed behind a grown-up check in the app.

Feedback email

Send Feedback in Settings (behind the grown-up check) opens your device's Mail app with a message addressed to [email protected] and the app version in the subject. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and nothing is attached automatically. If you write to us, we use your email only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Children

Paws & Cheese is designed for children and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no advertising, no links to social media and no ways to talk to other people. ThothForge does not sell personal information.
