Email [email protected] with the app version, iOS version, device model and a short description of the issue. Do not email family photos, invitation links, purchase receipts or other private content.

Family board and iCloud

Confirm that each device is signed in to iCloud and connected. On iOS 26+, a parent can create a private one-time QR code or share link without entering the Board user’s Apple Account email. The Board user must explicitly accept the CloudKit share. Sync may take time after reconnecting; avoid removing the app while important changes are pending.

Photos and notifications

Review Photos and Notifications permissions in iOS Settings if a selected image or reminder is unavailable. Built-in illustrations remain available without photo access.

Restore Family Pro

Choose Restore Purchases from the Family Pro screen using the Apple Account that made the one-time purchase. Family Pro is a non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. Apple handles billing and refunds.
