Privacy Policy

Hosts use Sign in with Apple to secure host access. Guests do not create an account. We store only the opaque Apple Host identifier needed for access, not the Host’s Apple email, name, identity token, or payment-card data.

Information handled

When provided, the app handles voice recordings, up to six optional photos per message, optional guest name and relationship, host-created event details, and Apple purchase entitlement information. Booth messages are stored locally by the Host.

Optional Web Guest

When deployed and explicitly enabled by a Host, a short-lived Web Guest session may temporarily hold guest media in private service storage until the Host imports and acknowledges it, revokes access, or the holding period expires. The current Web Guest service is not deployed. Browser photo processing removes source metadata before upload; it does not retain raw images or face landmarks.

Storage, permissions, and purchases

Local recordings, photos, names, relationships, and event details remain in protected app storage. Microphone records messages; camera and Photos are used only for optional photos. Host Monthly subscriptions are processed by Apple; we do not receive payment-card details. No advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking are included.

Choices, deletion, and contact

Guests confirm they may share submitted content. Hosts control imported messages, exports, and local deletion. Removing the app removes local data unless exported or backed up elsewhere. A signed-in Host can delete the service account from Settings; local content remains under the Host’s control. The app is not directed to children under 13. Questions: [email protected].
