Free supports up to 15 active clients with complete profiles, records, photos, basic check-ins, CSV export, backup, restore, and deletion. Pro Monthly or Annual adds unlimited active clients and advanced workflow tools; existing records and privacy controls are never locked if Pro ends.

Preparing version 1.0.2 for App Store review: optional personal iCloud sync on iPhone and iPad, and Pro booking pages with customer requests, management codes, and Pause / Resume controls. These additions are currently available for testing and are not yet part of the public App Store release. A request requires the merchant’s confirmation; it does not reserve an available time automatically.
